Morning Wake Up Call

.Info to get you going

Getting in shape and feeling good about your body is a concept that most people struggle with on a daily basis. The desire to have a better body is there, but oftentimes, the motivation is lacking. Maybe you tell yourself that you'll work out later, or you'll go to the gym after work. Before you know it, it's time to go to bed and you haven't done a thing.

If this sounds familiar to you, you may want to try working out with a friend. Set aside a specific block of time to get together with your workout buddy, and then hit the gym. Chances are, it will be harder to back out if your friend is counting on you to be there too.

If you don't like the gym or you just want to mix it up, go for a hike or a bike ride. Pick a different type of workout for each day of the week, so that you won't fall into a rut by always doing the same workout.

Another way to liven up a workout is to listen to some fast, upbeat music. Any music that makes you want to get up and dance is going to get you up and keep you moving.

Finally, it might help to set goals for your workouts. For instance, if you stick to your scheduled workouts for a whole month, reward yourself at the end of the month with a trip to the mall or a night out with friends.

The most important thing to remember is to have fun! Working out gives you a boost and makes you feel better in the long run.
